Cancellations
All bookings that are to be delivered within 60 calendar days from the date of contract will require payment in full at point of booking. For services, events or activities that are beyond 60 calendar days, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure the booking.
For conferences, workshops, performance management/appraisal and whole-day facilitation/training etc., if you cancel within 60 calendar days of the event there will be no further charges, other than loss of the non-refundable deposit, or the amount in full if the above paragraph applies. If you cancel within days 59 - 29, then you will be invoiced for a further 25% of the total fee. For cancelations from day 28 to zero, payment will be required in full.
For coaching/mentoring, if either side needs to reschedule the occasional session, then this can be arranged within the contract window, so long as this is reasonable and kept to a minimum (e.g. Ofsted, illness, family emergencies etc.). If you cancel (or fail to attend), it is your responsibility to rearrange a replacement. If you fail to do so, or a suitable date cannot be arranged within the engagement period, the session will be forfeited. If we cancel, then we will endeavour to offer an alternative session. We reserve the right to use our discretion over all such matters and exercise final judgement.
